Please reactivate ability to provide new temporary PW for clients struggling with Portal access

I am disappointed that I can no longer offer to send my clients a new Temporary Password when they are struggling with the secure portal,
It always made my client more confident in me. Having to tell them to do the Forgot PW option leaves me out of the solution loop. ☹
I like to offer a very high level of client service experience. This change has taken away an opportunity for me to give my client the impression I can always take care of their problems.
Impression is reality in this market.
That is my 2 cents.
