Portal Improvements

Please make the portal more user friendly and give the ability to download documents all at once to wherever you'd like on the computer. Basically, make it work more like Dropbox. Clients tend to upload one document at a time and although I realize you can download all at once directly to the program, we do not want our data management program convoluted with documents that are not needed. Once they are in the program, they can only be deleted one at a time so no matter how I do it, I'm stuck, either downloading files one at a time from website or deleting one at a time from the program. It's very frustrating. For the amount of money that we pay for this program, you'd think the portal would not be so basic.
