I can't apply a payment to an invoice if an APX link has been created.

Sometimes clients prefer to bring a check or cash, but I can't apply that payment to an invoice if an APX link has been created. I should still be able to apply a payment to the invoice either way. If the invoice is Paid in Full, the APX request should automatically be cancelled.
