Edit multiple files at once

When selecting multiple files, you should be able to edit info for ALL files selected such as the year, project and category. I came into a new firm and the files are all over the place. I'm trying to clean everything up and it is very hard when I have to select each individual file and select year, category, project for EACH file. You cannot go into the actual office tools file because if you move it there, it will say the file is not there in office tools. This would be an AMAZING feature.
