Cloud, Mobile or iPad usage

As our firm continues to expand internationally, it is more and more apparent that we cannot access our Contact data, notes or other items remotely. Accessing the server or a desktop to access this data can be problematic outside the US. A cloud based solution, mobile friendly app or something would be ideal.
