Eliminate address requirement for credit card processing

Only the billing zip code is really required for transaction processing, but OT requires that we put a clients ENTIRE billing address in in order to process the payment. It's annoying because we have to either write the address down prior to processing payment, or, if we have the client on the phone have to ask them for (and type) the entire billing address. Inevitably they tell us its the same as their mailing address which we then have to tell them that we can't see that information when we are in the credit card set up screen.
