Remove hours and rate but not detail from billing statement

The billing statement is essential to provide aging and balance due reporting, but the time and rate reported is the initial time and rate before adjustment.
In essence, the summary billing summary provides no information, and the detail billing statement provides misinformation.
It would be simple to simply check a box to suppress the time and rate on the detail billing statement.
