Portal enhancement, Part 2
Continuation from previous suggestion
• Another good enhancement would be having an automated retention policy. Being able to set a policy to delete all documents older than XX days. Since each portal associated with an OTW licensee has one part of their ID being the same (see above ) it should be possible to have one retention policy apply to all of their client portals without affecting the others.
• It would also be great if you could make it possible to associate more than one email address to each client portal. We have clients who want us to send certain information to their lawyers or bankers or maybe to more than one partner/owner.
• If more than one email address can be associated with a portal it may be necessary to be able to set security for each of these addresses. These security settings maybe should be configurable by the client themselves. Maybe the first email address assigned to a portal will become the administrator of their portal and they

Chrystal Oakhemi agree with the need to be able to have different retention policies per client. Some people we need stuff up there longer than others.
