PORTAL MESSAGES FROM CLIENTS

When a client uploads a file they frequently add a message and currently there is no way to print this message or even copy and paste from the screen when you are downloading. You can copy and paste the message directly from the portal into a Word document but that takes too much time.

The portal message is a neat feature, but it has no functionality. Worse, it's easy to miss. It needs to get improved or removed. Maybe have a client communications tab that tracks all messages like this?
