Portal Downloads

We would like to have an indicator in the Documents tab that will show whether (and when) a client downloaded a document from the portal. There are times that a document is placed in the document tab but may not have been uploaded, or a client may say they never got it and it would useful to be able to check from our end without having to find the administrative staff who would have received the notification and see if they have kept the email.
