Outlook/Google Calendar Sync with Desktop version

It would be really nice to sync the workspace calendar with Outlook or Gmail. This would enable scheduling while on the go.

The workspace already syncs with Outlook. HOWEVER, it is the 21st Century! GMAIL People.
