Need to be able to modify the Contact Name (the one in "red")
Due to marriages, deaths, divorces, or incomplete/incorrect information when a Contact is first set up - we need to be able to modify the Contact name without losing all the documents. This is a huge problem in our tax office.

Carol JHELPFUL HINT: After making a change to the red name on the Contact Tab, go to the Document Tab -- and if you see "(missing)" next to one or more document, then click on the "+" button and choose "Reindex Documents". This will FIND those "lost" documents : )

KimI can right click on the Red Contact Name and edit it. Is that what you mean?

Melissa HimesI have used the "Reindex Documents" button before and the documents with missing were removed, not found. Now when we make those type of changes, we have an empty folder on our desktop we copy all the documents to, then reindex and if any are removed, we replace them all. Shouldn't have to take this extra step. This element should be improved.
