Ability to view other screens while working on one screen

It would be great if we can open the Invoice screen, for example, while we are posting payments. Basically the ability to open another screen if we need to verify or reference something while we are working on something else.

Project Notes screen - Need ability to open other tabs, particularly documents while leaving the notes screen open. We use it for review notes, etc.
