completed projects - billing
it would be great if I could still add time to a completed project during the billing process. I have a couple of employees (one being the owner of the company who won't change) that enter their late and its a pain to uncomplete the project just to include their time.

Carol JYou can solve this in your My Company Settings: click on SETUP, then MY COMPANY, then "INFORMATION & SETTINGS" then "PAYROLL + TIME" then choose the "Time Settings" tab -- make sure the box is CHECKED for "Show Completed Projects when Entering Time". Your staff may need to close & re-open OTW before this change will apply for them. Then when your owner goes to enter each timeslip, he will be able to choose from ALL projects, completed or not.
