PORTAL: Post Message box. Need to maintain text formatting and actually stay in that client's folder

Please consider adding the ability to maintain formatting in the post message box within the portal. In addition, how can we keep from being kicked out of the client's folder and sent back to the entire list of clients? It is cumbersome and inefficient to have to look up the same person you've been working on everytime you post a message.
