Allowing Third Party Integrations (DropBox, Evernote, QuickBooks, custom addins, etc.)
A modern office management application needs to have some sort of API that can be used to customize workflows, because each business has different needs. This could help streamline any office procedures without having to rely on separate apps to do different things when it could all be done within officetools using the same client database. (Or vise versa, OT should be able to integrate into other apps that allow third party access)

RyanIntegrating billing, collections, AR and WIP with Quickbooks online would be helpful to reduce the number of steps in our own accounting and reporting system and would provide us with a current up to date financial picture of our firm.
