Roll forward delivery preferences in projects

We would like to have the option for the client and government copy delivery methods to roll forward as well as notes in the project delivery screen. Typically clients want the same delivery method from year to year and it would be more efficient to have it roll forward and updated as needed then to have to refer to the prior year and input the method every year.

I would add that it would be nice to have the ability to choose whether the delivery method rolls forward on a global project by project basis, but also allow that preference to be overwritten on an individual project.
