FYE filter for Project reports

The FYE filter is currently limited to Contact reports, but having it on Project reports as well would be critical for us in telling which tax projects have arrived to the office (or more importantly, which ones aren't in yet). Due date filters aren't very useful for this purpose, as they may differ among clients.
