Give the ability to make notes on old AR invoices to track collections progress

When we are working on old receivables, I'd like to be able to track calls and client promises in the system associated with particular invoices.

Carol JohnsonCurrently, I use the Notes Tab -- using a single Note title "Billing Notes" or "Collection Notes" with the most recent communication on top (use the date stamp and it will automatically rise to the top). You could reference the Invoice Date or Invoice # in the Note title. Collection process often covers more than one invoice for the same client

Carol JohnsonI also sometimes put collection notes/follow up on the "Detall" of the invoice document itself. Usually just when/how it was sent and/or followed up (email, mail, fax, phone call, portal...)
