Send form letters to Dependent contacts (spouse)

Since spouse accounts are required to be put in as "Dependents" in order to be used for esignatures, it would be nice to be able to send form letters to Main and Dependent contacts instead of just Main and Alternate contacts. For example, general emails about new tax updates or other tax advice that one might send out to the whole client list.
