Flag or notify when someone creates a note within the projects

Somehow flag or notify the next employee when someone leaves a note in a project tab. We specifically use this function to notate oddities opposed to sending emails to one another about a client but we rarely need to do this so it would be nice to have some sort of flag letting us know a new note is in the system.

This would be extremely valuable. There are so many niches and crannies to create a note within office tools they are often overlooked when working on a project. We have started to use a workaround by using a word document 0 - Client Notes and putting into the clients document area.

This flag or alert should also apply to notes associated with phone calls, to-do's, and project assignments. It should be very visible and easily distinguishable on the activity list of the person to whom the task is assigned.
