Clear Portal Upload screen once files have been uploaded/downloaded

Clear the portal upload/download screen once files have been uploaded/downloaded. They still remain in the portal or in OT so why do they need to be on this screen? I should have to delete them one by one so that no one re-downloads them.

This is absolutely frustrating. Our clients will upload 50-100 documents at a time and having them ALL stay in the screen after they've been downloaded is hard to navigate. We should not have to delete them out of that screen one at at time.
