Monhtly Billing Reconciliation and Close Out Month

Office Tools does not close a month, like more typical A/R packages so it is hard and time consuming to reconcile billings, payments and ending balances. Create a way to close a month.

Mary FortuneAgreed! Without a 'month close' option, a/r and wip are moving targets when creating company financials.

Paul NienowYes! However, I realize that what is nice about not closing out is that you can make changes to time cards for periods that would have been closed and locked. The problem with the current method, is that you have to go back each month and reconcile what changed from the prior month ending WIP and AR balances. More work.
