Add a "Red Flag" notification that comes on on any tab for that client.

This will allow users to know if a contact is deceased or divorced or any sensitive subject when communicating with that client. It will also allow the user to know what times not to call the client.

You can add a RED message under the contact info on the lower left hand side of the screen. Right click and choose "Add contact message" It is displayed no matter what tab you are in for that client.

I'd love if the NOTES tab was highlighted for a new note or as a reminder that the client HAS notes.

Something a little more in your face (like a pop-up) that displays highly important information every time that contact is selected. This would be similar to medical practices that have a pop-up for high-risk pts.
