The ability to see how a payment was applied - to what invoices and how much to each invoice
Currently you cannot see how a payment was applied - to which invoices and how much was applied to each invoice. It would be nice to open an already recorded payment and see the same detail that was selected when it was posted. I am not the person who applies the payments and if I get a call from a client I cannot tell them how we applied their payment. The addition of a "Payment Application" or "Payment Allocation" button or to just see the detail right when you open an applied payment would be amazing.

Sarah SpragueI agree. It would be helpful for AR Management to be able to see the $ amount applied to invoices when a payment covers multiple invoices.

Dean HollandI totally agree with this suggestion. This drives my office manager crazy when a client makes a partial payment and then calls back to see what invoices we offset with the payment and there is no way to run a report to send the client which invoices were paid.
