The Activity List should be more flexible in sorting and filtering
The Activity List should have more ability to change what data is included in the list - adding the client name, who the project/assignment/whatever is assigned to, the due date, the promised date, date received, etc, etc... and the list should be able to be sorted by any column, sorted by multiple columns, more options for filtering. There should be the ability to rearrange the order of the columns by dragging and dropping columns in different arrangements.

Randy VoglI would love to be able to group and sort this list more intelligently. Right now it is difficult to use and get the information that we really care about also see

Timothy RainesThe ability to sort the OfficeTools database is probably one of our biggest complaints regarding OT! If the data point is in the SQL database, we should be able to reasonably and quickly sort and filter with that data point. Currently we, and many of the other OT users we speak with, are exporting large volumes of data out of OT, only to sort it manually or using programs! This applies to the Activity List on screen or any of the reports.

Sue MAll activities are "Bolded" until you click on them, it would be nice to have an option to make them bold again.

Ford Bakerwe have a system for account numbers for each client where we can tell all of the clients that are affiliated with each other, what type of form is filed for each of them, etc. it would be great to get the ability to add the account number to the activity list. we put the account number in the alias of each project, so we can see it there but it would be nice to get it automatically included and so we can filter on whatever we want to.

Michelle Hausz Admin Mergedif you want to see only your 1040's type in the search field on the activity list 1040, if you add "review" it should only show you 1040 projects in that status.
