Improve the contacts tab by allowing users to see alternates and dependents on the main screen.
Use the detail and Summary view theme you have on he all the other tabs in OfficeTools. The detail view would load contacts under the main contact information so i would just scroll down until i found the alt/dep contact I was looking for.

Stephen BradvicaThere needs to be a way to have multiple emails for a contact without having to add them as an additional alternative contact.

David SmallThis is a great idea... also, more flexibility modifying telephone number labels... for example a company with two owner, it would be great to be able to label the mobile number with the related contact name

Randy VoglWe would also love to see the client relationships on the contacts screen and the projects screen. So that without right clicking on the clients name it is immediately obvious what entities are associated with an individual.

Steve GBeing able to modify telephone number labels would be a HUGE deal...so "wife cell", "husband cell" could be visible all in one screen. Much more important than Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn fields. I've had to use those for phone numbers with text descriptions.

KarenI agree with several suggestions above: **winter and summer addresses - (or mailing and physical) and being able to switch between them just with a checkbox.
I also like the suggestion about showing multiple cell phones, and multiple emails, and especially being able to designate which email is primary, even if its the email of a "secondary" contact such as the wife, or the bookkeeper/office manager
