I agree. I would like to be able to have additional flexibility on the contact fields.
It would also be very helpful to allow use of custom fields as part of Document Template naming (standard fields from Contacts Tab can already be used, so adding this on the drop-down list should be easy)
It would also be nice to sort reports (Contacts, Projects, etc.) by custom fields. We would like to see at least 4 or 5 more custom fields. And it would be great if the contacts were not able to see the custom fields.
YES! It would be great to have a "notes" section on the front contacts tab underneath all of the contact info that doesn't have such a small character limit. We include notes for our staff to read about certain contacts before contacting them (so that everyone is on the same page and we don't call the client 5 times for the same thing) and scrolling through the notes tab each time you click on a client is a huge time waster.
Please add more custom fields.Custom fields 1, 2, and 5 are devoted drop down options. So there are only two custom fields for typing information. Of course there are note fields, but that is less than ideal.
This is a huge need in the software. We need more fields and an additional tab for custom items would be great
I agree with all the prior comments; this is a function that is desperately needed in order to facilitate proper client management and assignments to clients for accounting staff and scheduling
Allowing for more than 5 phone numbers and allowing the alternate numbers to be renamed is a much needed improvement to the primary contact screen.
I totally agree with this suggestion. I would love to see more customize fields added to main screen. For example, we pay employees commissions on clients they refer and it would be nice to be able set up a field to track this.
I totally agree. We would like to track client purchases of various products and status on the 7216 letter as well as did they opt in for texting.
It would be helpful to add a delivery preference line. On the front screen since the delivery doesn't roll from project to project.

It would be nice to also be able to have more than one email address field on the main screen.
I think we should be able to put referrals on the front contact page
