When sending multiple files via portal, show file names along with document URL

Right now, you have the option of entering document names OR document URLs when sending documents to clients via the OT portal.
When sending multiple files, the names and links do not match up. A list of file names appears and in a separate section a list of URLs are listed. The order does not match.
It would be great if there was one code that included both the file name and file URL for multiple files:
<<Portal Files>> should/could result in:
[File Name1] - [File URL1]
[File Name2] - [File URL2]
[File Name3] - [File URL3]
[File Name4] - [File URL4]
[File Name5] - [File URL5]
Right now we get this:
[File Name1]
[File Name2]
[File Name3]
[File Name4]
[File Name5] - [File URL?]
[File URL?]
[File URL?]
[File URL?]
[File URL?]
